  • Paint St. Albans - a beautification project aimed at improving the exterior of commercial buildings in downtown St. Albans

  • Awarded a $5,000 matching facade renovation grant to the River's Edge Cafe building

  • Received a Federal Transportation Enhancement Grant for Phase II of Streetscape - amount $338,000

  • Received a $5,000 grant from the Charleston Area Alliance and up to $5,000 from the St. Albans Regional Development Authority to fund a feasibility study

  • Commissioned a feasibility study to determine the economic impact of establishing a Dinner theater and purchasing the old Alban Theater on Olde Main Plaza.

  • Created and completed web site devoted to SARG projects - www.sargwv.com
